Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience using trusted carriers, but occasionally things go pear shaped. Here's how to contact us if they do.

At Uthful, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers, which includes timely and efficient shipping. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and procedures. Please note we do not currently accept orders from outside the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY METHODS

We use Royal Mail 48 as our primary shipping method within the UK. If placed before 3pm, your order will typically arrive within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will arrive within 48hrs of the following business day.

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide free delivery on all orders over £50 to the UK mainland. Shipping costs outside of the UK mainland may vary based on the shipping method selected and the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 3pm are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are processed and shipped within 1 business days after they are received.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, rogue pigeons, or customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Customers can use this tracking number to track their order on the carrier's website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain locations or customers for any reason.

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
